I have been a legal recruiter for more than 14 years, and have been recognized by Lawdragon each year since 2021 in their Global 100 Leaders In Legal Strategy & Consulting.  Although I have strong ties to Chicago and Milwaukee, I recruit throughout the United States.  I assist attorneys and law firms, wherever they are located and whatever their needs. 

 

I have met and advised hundreds of lawyers over the years who were considering whether it made sense to explore a move to another firm.  If it did, I assisted them throughout the process - from targeting a firm and developing an initial approach through walking into the new firm on Day One.

I have collaborated with dozens of law firms on their recruiting efforts, including those in the American Lawyer Top 10, 50, 100 and 200, and leading regional firms and boutiques.

In my work I draw upon my experience as a legal recruiter and my 20 years as an attorney handling complex litigation matters in law firms of various sizes.  Like you, I have lived the life of an attorney.  I find this shared experience to be helpful as we navigate the recruiting process together.
